Our Lakeview students have been busy these past few weeks diving into learning, meeting with their buddies, enjoying breakfast with our Albert Lea police officers, and welcoming special guests for Readers Theatre. It has been an amazing few weeks of learning and building connections.

Students and staff had an amazing first week at Lakeview! We built community, learned how to show Lakeview C.A.R.E.S. across our school, and had a lot of fun along the way.

What a night to remember at Jim Gustafson Field! The Albert Lea High School Class of 2025—our 141st graduating class—crossed the stage and stepped boldly into their futures. We are so proud of everything our graduates have achieved and the challenges they’ve overcome. Thank you to our families, staff, and community members for supporting these outstanding students. Congratulations, Class of 2025—your adventure is just beginning!

❤️🧡💛Lakeview Fun Day! 💚🩵💜

Last Thursday, 200 fourth and fifth graders took part in the Elementary Choir Tour. After rehearsing together for the first time that morning, they performed at all four elementary schools and wrapped up the day with a public concert that evening. These students have worked so hard and grown so much throughout the year! A big thank you to their music teachers—Miss Hamvas, Mrs. Dawson, Mrs. Schaack, and Mrs. Torkelson—for all the time, energy, and care that went into planning this event. And thank you to all the caregivers for supporting your singers along the way. Way to go, Elementary Tiger Choir!
